Fulfillment Policy

All sessions will be provided at the scheduled time.  I will contact you ahead of time with a video link.  At the time of your session, set up your device with a full view of your mat.  I will be on the other side, attentively guiding you through your workout.

The first time you sign up for services, you will be asked to fill out a waiver and intake form.  This will ensure that you are provided with safe and customized service.
